Jayce Frost

Jayce (they/them pronouns) joined the firm as a paralegal in 2022. After a 16-year tenure at Target where they provided customer service, supervisory support, and for the last 7 years, Human Resources expertise, they were excited to move into the realm of law while still maintaining a focus on helping people.

They were born in the small town of Shadyside, Ohio, the eldest of three siblings, but have also lived in South Carolina, California, and (their personal favorite) Iceland. They came to Columbus in 2006 where they still live with their partner and the world’s cutest, fluffiest, most obnoxious little Pomeranian/American Eskimo mix.

They love creative hobbies like cooking, baking, crafting (though they enjoy starting craft projects significantly more than finishing them), reading, gaming (video, board, and tabletop!), theater, photography, and exploring nature. They are an advocate for and part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
